Abstract
L’articolo tratta dell’arbitrato regolato dalla Federazione motociclistica italiana (Fmi), per controversie in materia di denaro o altre controversie patrimoniali, insorte tra tutti gli aderenti alla federazione. Si tratta di un arbitrato con caratteristiche interessanti, da adeguare alla futura riforma dell’arbitrato.
Abstract
The paper deals with the arbitration ruled by the Italian motorcycling federation (Fmi), for disputes concerning money or other property disputes, arising between all the adherents to the federation. It is an arbitration with interesting features, to be adapted to the future arbitration reform.
