Con il parere dell’8 ottobre 2025, l’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione è intervenuta sull’applicazione dell’art. 5 del d. lgs. n. 38/2021, evidenziando che si tratta, seppure con qualche “margine di manovra” per gli enti locali, di affidamenti ex d. lgs. n.36/2023

The Italian National Anticorruption Authority has released a recommendation, which deals with the different legal procedure whereby to entrust non profit organisations carrying out sport activities with the management of sports centres.
